Cold Hand Winery’s Anna 2018 is in the UK for the first time ever, imported by Quality Ferments and sold in several bars and restaurant, now available for you to enjoy at home!
A semi-dry sparkling wine made from cherries and apples, harvested at optimum maturity and pressed into juice, which is frozen and thawed outside. The thick syrup is spontaneously fermented and then bottle fermented for 10 months. This sparkling apple wine has a dosage of their cherry wine, Prunus Nigra.
