Cold Hand Winery’s Ribes Nigrum 2020 is in the UK for the first time ever, imported by Quality Ferments and sold in several bars and restaurant, now available for you to enjoy at home!
Ribes Nigrum is a semi-dry sparkling wine made from Danish organic blackcurrants. The wine is bottle fermented the traditional way. First, the blackcurrant juice is chaptalised and cold-fermented. The wine is then bottle-fermented for 6 months, hand-turned in racks and finally disgorged.
ABV 5.5% – 750ml bottle
