Cold Hand Winery’s Ribes Arctica 2017 is in the UK for the first time ever, imported by Quality Ferments and sold in several bars and restaurant, now available for you to enjoy at home!
A collaboration with Arctic Winery in Sweden, this wine is made with blackcurrants from Luleå which are spontaneously fermented there, then bottle-fermented in the traditional method at Cold Hand Winery. The result is a semi-dry sparkling wine with green notes of leaves and a fresh taste of blackcurrants.
