Cold Hand Winery’s Alba Dry Applewine is now available in the UK!
Alba 2020 is a dry, still, barrel aged apple wine made from danish apples. The cryoconcentrated and cold- fermented apple wine is barrel aged for 9 months in new and used barriques.
The wine is dry, vinous and refreshingly delightful with intense notes of ripe apple and a touch of oak. A great wine to have with dinner or a picnic.
Serve Alba chilled at 8-10°C to bring out the freshness.
Suggested food pairings: Great with seafood, poultry, mushrooms and hard cheese.
