Wild West Still Hazy

Made from the juice of hand-picked apples from traditional Somerset cider orchards, allowed to ferment using naturally occurring yeasts.

A cloudy blend of Dabinett, Harry Master’s Jersey and Foxwhelp apples. Cold racked to slow and naturally arrest the fermentation, leaving sweetness from the residual sugars, balanced by the sharpness of the Foxwhelp. Eminently gluggable with plenty of fruit. Serve slightly chilled.
