Based in the cider heartland of Somerset, Pilton makes an exciting range of whole juice ciders.

Their core ingredients are the bittersweet cider apples that grow in traditional orchards around the parish of Pilton. Using the artisan method of keeving to transform the juice from this full flavoured fruit into unique naturally sweet ciders. Finally, they weave in different yeasts, other fruits and barrel‑aging techniques to create a variety of small batch drinks.

You can find their ciders in bottle shops, natural wine bars and restaurants throughout the UK and now in ten countries across the world.

This fruity cider brings together bittersweet cider apples with their pomme family third cousin, the quince. The unique tart astringency of the quince is balanced here by the natural fruity sweetness of our classic keeved cider. Medium Sweet.
