Cold Hand Winery’s Rabarberum 2021 is in the UK for the first time ever, imported by Quality Ferments and sold in several bars and restaurant, now available for you to enjoy at home!

Rababerum is a semi-dry sparkling wine made from Danish organic rhubarbs. First, the rhubarbs are chaptalized and cold-fermented. The wine is then carbonated.
