3 x Sparkling Fruit Wines from Cold Hand
The Cold Hand Winery Starter Pack Includes:
1 x Ribes Rosa 2025:
A sparkling wine made from Danish redcurrants. The sun-ripened berries are pressed into must and fermented to dryness at the winery. Finally, the wine is carbonated to preserve as much freshness and fruit character as possible.
The result is a sparkling wine with lively bubbles. Made without dosage, Ribes Rosa is distinctly dry, highlighting the berries’ characteristic acidity and offering a clean taste of redcurrants with a subtle bitterness from the small, soft seeds. At the same time, the wine has distinct green notes, reminiscent of a sun-warmed redcurrant bush in the height of summer.
ABV: 6% – Size: 750ml Bottle
1 x Rababerum 2023:
Rababerum is a semi-dry sparkling wine made from Danish organic rhubarbs of the variety Svendborg Vinrabarber. The rhubarb is crushed, and then fermented together with organic cane sugar. The fermentation takes place at low temperatures to preserve as much freshness and fruitiness as possible.
Semi-dry, fresh and fruity with pleasant bubbles and wonderful notes of Rhubarb.
ABV 5.5% – 750ml bottle
1 x Ribes Arctica 2017:
A sparkling blackcurrant wine is the result of a collaboration between Arctic Winery in Sweden and Cold Hand Winery in Denmark.
The wine is made from flavourful blackcurrants from Luleå in northern Sweden, which are spontaneously fermented at the Arctic Winery. This base wine is then brought over to Cold Hand Winery where it is bottle-fermented in the traditional method, aged for four years in bottle, and finally disgorged.
The result is a semi-dry sparkling wine with green notes of leaves and a fresh taste of blackcurrants. Pleasantly fresh, and beautifully vinous with lovely blackcurrant notes.
ABV: 9% – 750ml bottle
With this package of three sparkling ice wines you save money compared to buying all three separately – all of this for just £75!!
