Cold Hand Winery’s Rheum 2021 is in the UK for the first time ever, imported by Quality Ferments and sold in several bars and restaurant, now available for you to enjoy at home!
Rheum is a dry sparkling wine made from Danish organic Rhubarbs. The wine is bottle fermented the traditional way. First, the rhubarbs are chaptalized and cold-fermented. The wine is then bottle-fermented for 6 months, hand-turned in racks and finally disgorged.
ABV: 7% – 750ml bottle
